- Supporting the load on Gravity Roller Conveyor – You must have at least three rollers under the load, four is better but costs more.
- Belt Conveyor Drive Systems – Belt conveyors pull. The motor will be at the feed off end as a rule. There are other options and compact designs but generally you need space for drive gear at the feed off end.
- Conveyor Electrical Specifications - Stopping and starting your conveyor is the most important aspect. Without this information correctly established, you will either pay too much or burn out motors.
- Conveyor Working Height -Feed off and on heights are important.
- Conveyor Capacity – We will need your maximum and minimum load size and weight.
