  • Industrial Building – There is nothing to stop you combining industrial building types. So, for the main industrial warehouse or manufacturing building you could use a conventional portal framed steel building but for additional warehouse space it is quite acceptable to use the lower cost industrial tent comprising a pre-fabricated steel frame covered in a PVC impregnated canvas skin, examples of this can be seen in our picture gallery below.
  • Steel Building - Steel is still the most popular core construction material. It has many benefits including its ability to take enormous weights. These are ideal structures for cranes or buildings requiring multi-levels as the columns can take enormous loads and therefore makes these buildings a good choice for material handling equipment.
  • Metal Building - As a distinction, we would regard this as simply an uninsulated industrial steel shed. However in this choice, once again, you might consider a PVC clad warehouse especially if you are renting the ground. The big disadvantage of metal buildings is that the cladding does not readily relocate whereas the PVC steel framed building is an independent structure requiring very light foundations and the skin can be simply unbuckled, folded up and taken away.
  • Industrial Tent Building - As you can see from this photograph, it is of modular construction but do not be fooled by the light look of the frame as compared to the traditional industrial steel framed building. This is not a lightweight structure, far from it but what it will do that the others will not, is come to pieces very easily and completely relocate without any loss or devaluation of the asset. We can incorporate any type of material handling equipment including cranes into these very versatile industrial steel tent structures. One other major benefit is the minimal civil engineering ground works preparations required to install them.
